Gobo Fraggle
Explorer of the Rock's uncharted caves, and the closest thing the Fraggles have to a leader.
Gobo maps the tunnels and caverns nobody else dares to enter. It runs in the family: his Uncle Travelling Matt explores Outer Space, the strange world of the Silly Creatures, and mails his postcards back to Gobo. Collecting them means sneaking past a very alert dog, which is why Gobo is the only Fraggle brave enough for the job.
He is clever, kind, and just a little full of himself, the way good leaders sometimes are. He rooms with his best friend Wembley, sings well, plays the guitar, and when the Rock is in real trouble, everyone somehow ends up looking at Gobo.
- His dialogue slips into a Canadian-sounding "eh" now and then.
- He is allergic to radish bars, which is very inconvenient in a radish-based economy.
- As a child he wore a tiny striped tank top with the same pattern as his famous sweater.
