The whimpering schemer of the Skeksis court. Do not trust the "hmmmmm".
SkekSil the Chamberlain stood second to the Skeksis throne, until the emperor died and a trial by stone cost him everything. Stripped of his robes and cast out of the castle, he did what he does best: he schemed. If he could bring the Skeksis the escaped Gelfling, they would have to take him back.
He is the politest monster on Thra, all soothing words, wounded feelings, and that famous pleading whimper, right up until the moment it stops. The old notes say each Skeksis was born of a deadly sin. His was Envy.
