The Goblin King was listening. With her baby brother Toby gone, she had thirteen hours to solve the Labyrinth and reach the castle at its center, or lose him forever.
The maze gave her riddles, oubliettes, and the Bog of Eternal Stench. It also gave her Hoggle, Ludo, and Sir Didymus, friends worth more than any wish. By the time she faced Jareth himself, the spoiled girl from the opening scene was gone, replaced by someone who knew exactly how much power he had over her: none.
